This Privacy and Cookie Policy (the "Policy") takes effect immediately for unregistered users and those registering accounts or acknowledging the Policy on or after the revision date. The EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) will apply from May 25, 2018, for all EU-resident users who are natural persons. If you object to the Policy after it becomes effective for you, you may no longer use the Platform.

We, GULLY TEAM, as the data controller ("GULLY TEAM", "we", or "us"), explain in this Policy how we collect, process, and use information through our Mobile Application(s), Website(s), and any emails we send (collectively, the "Platforms"). This Policy may be amended from time to time.

This Policy outlines how Gully Team collects, processes, uses, shares, and secures your personal information. It also explains your rights regarding access, correction, and deletion of your personal data. Any personal information collected by GULLY TEAM is governed by the terms of this Policy. For this Policy, personal information refers to any data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users who interact with the Mobile Application/Website or any related services (collectively, "Users"). All Users are bound by the terms outlined in this Policy and the Terms of Use of GULLY TEAM.

Please note, this Policy only covers information collected through the Platforms. It does not apply to information gathered through other channels, such as offline, from other websites, or emails you send us.

A. INTRODUCTION OF GULLY TEAM

This Policy applies to the Mobile Application across various OS platforms and the website, www.GullyTeam.com ("GULLY TEAM", "Us", or "We"), operated and owned by GULLY TEAM Pvt. Ltd. GULLY TEAM is committed to complying with data protection legislation, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

This Policy governs the processing of information related to you and grants you specific rights concerning your personal data.

Our Mobile Application/Website may contain links to external websites that we do not control. GULLY TEAM is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of these third-party websites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies to understand how they collect, use, and share your information.

This Privacy Policy applies to all Users of GULLY TEAM. We are dedicated to respecting and protecting the privacy of our Users. Any information you provide, such as your email address or other personal details through forms on the Mobile Application/Website, will be used solely to support your relationship with GULLY TEAM.

At GULLY TEAM, we are constantly developing innovative methods to serve our Users better. Our services are designed with your privacy in mind, and this Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we collect when you use GULLY TEAM’s services and how we protect it. To provide you with a personalized browsing experience, GULLY TEAM may collect information from your device, such as your location or other technical details, when accessing the Mobile Application or Website, www.GullyTeam.com.

When you register, use, or visit the Mobile Application/Website, you explicitly accept the collection, use, and transfer of your personal information as described in our Terms & Conditions and this Privacy Policy. Please read both carefully, as they affect your rights and responsibilities under the law. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy, please do not use or access GULLY TEAM services.

B. USERS CONSENT TO THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

By using or visiting our Mobile Application or Website, you consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to GULLY TEAM processing your personal information as described in the Terms & Conditions and this Privacy Policy. Additionally, by using our platform, you consent to comply with the applicable laws of the region of operation. We collect personal data related to an individual, which can be used to identify them directly or indirectly, including sensitive personal data such as passwords, financial details, gender, etc.

By registering with GULLY TEAM, managing your profile, or opting in when given the choice, you explicitly consent to us using your information, subject to local laws, for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your account;
• To build a profile for uploading pictures and tracking your matches/tournaments (statistics);
• To enable GULLY TEAM to function based on information you provide, or data imported from other platforms or third-party sources (e.g., contacts or advertisers);
• To send additional communications, including promotional updates, advertisements, and news;
• To notify you about updates to the Mobile Application/Website, as well as important security updates;
• To inform you about other GULLY TEAM services or those provided by our affiliates (entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with us);
• To allow you to provide feedback and communicate with us;
• To conduct surveys, promotions, and contests, and share results (e.g., success stories or contest winners);
• To tailor information about your interests, based on your activities and search history on the GULLY TEAM platform;
• To help other registered users find and connect with you;
• To allow you to share your profile with your connections;
• To display your profile on public leaderboards for recognition;
• To give search engines access to your public information;
• To detect, investigate, and prevent activities that may violate our policies or be illegal;
• To provide products and services enabling users to network, post information, view and compare profiles, and showcase career experiences;
• To generate internal reports about the usage of our platform;
• To provide certain data to third parties when required.

GULLY TEAM does not disclose your contact information, such as mobile number or email address, to any external third parties, except if specifically requested by the Tournament Organizers. However, if you enroll in a tournament, you may share your contact information with the organizer. Your profile information may be visible to other users, advertisers, or community members. Some parts of your account’s primary information (excluding your contact details) may be made public in your networking profile.

We also share data with third-party services, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Google Maps Services, Twilio, and AWS (EC2 and S3).

By submitting your personal information, you acknowledge and consent to it being used as described in this Policy. We take steps to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse, but GULLY TEAM is not responsible for how third parties use information you post or make available in public areas. Therefore, we recommend you avoid posting sensitive information you don’t wish to disclose.

We use your data to assess whether you might be interested in services offered by third parties. This may include showing targeted ads on our Mobile Application/Website or on other sites with which we have business relationships.

We collect your information to provide our services. Collecting and using this data is essential for fulfilling our relationship with you. In cases where the data collection is not strictly necessary for this purpose, we do so based on our legitimate interest in processing your information.

C. INFORMATION GIVEN BY YOU

When you register as a GULLY TEAM user, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, which will be processed and used in accordance with this Policy. If you contact us for any reason, we may request additional details. We may also ask for information when you participate in surveys or provide feedback. As we periodically update our services and features, the types of personal information you provide may also change. Here are some examples of situations where you will have the opportunity to provide personal information:

• Creating an account;
• Signing up for email alerts;
• Registering with us;
• Uploading personal details;
• Contacting us for technical support or customer service.

Depending on how you interact with our platform, the personal information we collect may vary. For example, when creating an account, we may ask for your mobile number and full name. We also collect and store information associated with your activities, such as search queries you make on the Mobile Application/Website, the titles, locations, and other related information you search for and click on, as well as the time and duration of your activity. In some cases, we may ask for other information, such as your location, which is necessary to maintain the database or enable a feature.

When you set up an individual user account on GULLY TEAM, you may create a profile that includes the personal information you provide. This profile (excluding contact information) may be visible to other users when they access the GULLY TEAM platform or when you connect with others through the Mobile Application/Website.

If you connect to the platform using Facebook or another social networking site (each a "Social Networking Site"), we may receive information that you have authorized the site to share with us. This may include public profile information, your birthday, current city, work, school, and email address. Once we receive this information, it becomes part of your GULLY TEAM account. This information is subject to this Privacy Policy. The information we collect from your Social Networking Site account may depend on your privacy settings with the site, so please consult the site’s privacy policy. You can disconnect your Social Networking Site account from your GULLY TEAM account by adjusting the privacy settings on the Social Networking Site. If you access the platform via a Social Networking Site or other third-party service, those third parties may collect information about you in accordance with their own privacy policies.

At your request, we will create your Profile using the information you upload on the Platform. Your saved Profile will be viewable by other users. We prioritize your privacy, so your Profile will not include any information you submit anonymously.

In compliance with Article 9 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), GULLY TEAM acknowledges that sensitive personal data (e.g., racial/ethnic origin, health-related information, or government identification numbers) is not required for onboarding. As such, we do not ask for any such sensitive personal data. We also request that you refrain from uploading any sensitive personal data to the platform.

As the primary purpose of GULLY TEAM is to provide access to participants' histories and updates from various cricket matches, we may collect and use your personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter or receive other targeted promotional communications from us or our selected affiliates, you can "opt-in" to this service. If you later wish to stop receiving these communications, you can either email us at official@gullyteam.com or click the "UNSUBSCRIBE" link in any email we send. Please note that we will not send newsletters to participants due to you uploading their contact or personal details.

D. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

When you use our platform, your device automatically provides certain information to help us respond to and customize your experience. The type of information we collect includes technical details necessary to identify your country code for login or signup, such as your IP address, device identifier, type of device, and operating system version. We also gather usage statistics and interaction data with the platform. This data may include URLs of web pages you visit, the referring and exit pages, time spent on a page, number of clicks, platform type, location data (if enabled on your mobile device), and how you use the platform.

Cookies, Cache, and Tracking Technologies

We use various technologies such as cookies, web beacons, locally shared objects (often called "flash cookies"), mobile identifiers, and other similar technologies ("Cookies") to enhance your experience. GULLY TEAM and our partners (advertising, marketing, and analytics providers) may use Cookies to remember your settings, authenticate, and analyze usage. Cookies allow us to customize your experience and enhance the platform's functionality. GULLY TEAM and third-party service providers may also place cookies on your device to help manage and analyze your use of our services.

Unlike persistent cookies, session cookies are deleted once you log off or close your browser. Third-party advertisers on the platform may also place or read cookies on your browser. However, disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features or services on the platform.

Users can stop or restrict the placement of cookies on specific devices or clear them from the browser settings. You can still use GULLY TEAM Services, but some functionality may be affected. Cookies and similar technologies do not automatically retrieve personal information from your device without your knowledge. These technologies are device and browser-specific, so if you change your device or browser settings, GULLY TEAM may reinstall cookies.

Log File Information

When you access a GULLY TEAM Mobile Application/Website, our servers automatically record information sent by your browser or mobile application. This includes web requests, your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other activities on the platform.

Device Information

Device Information - We collect data about the devices you use to access the platform, including the type of device, operating system, settings, unique device identifiers, and IP address. The information collected varies depending on the device you are using (iOS, Android, or PC). We may collect device type and any additional information you provide, such as username, geo-location, or email address.

Contacts - GULLY TEAM does NOT automatically collect your contacts’ information from your mobile device. We only access your contacts if you explicitly grant permission, and solely for the purpose of inviting friends or fellow cricketers to the GULLY TEAM app. Once you send invitations, you can permanently remove those contacts from our database. Even if you don't delete them, we DO NOT use imported contacts’ data to send any promotional materials or invitations on our behalf.

E. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services. This data collection is necessary for fulfilling our relationship with you. Where not strictly required, we use your information based on our legitimate interests. We use your information, including personal information, for the following purposes:

• To deliver personalized content and services, including promotional materials, by analyzing your previous searches and browsing history to tailor search results, evaluate user activity, and track transactions. We may also contact you with offers or updates on promotional events.
• To customize and improve the features, performance, and support of the platform.
• When you save data in the app, it is automatically transferred to a secured server via an encrypted channel to ensure your data is safe.
• The leaderboard is automatically generated based on player statistics and made available for all users to track their global or local rank.
• To provide relevant advertising, including interest-based ads, by sharing non-personally identifiable information with third-party advertisers. Your personal information will not be shared for marketing purposes.
• To send you newsletters and other targeted promotional communications, based on your preferences.
• To address your inquiries, complaints, and feedback, as well as to communicate with service providers.
• For internal purposes, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, and improving the service. The information we collect for these purposes may include your IP address and mobile device details to help diagnose problems and manage the platform.
• To communicate with you, or on behalf of third parties, using contact information you provide or that we lawfully obtain from third parties (via email, mobile, or postal mail).
• To analyze your use of the platform and improve the overall user experience.
• To create aggregated and statistical data that doesn't identify you personally, which we may use for commercial purposes.
• For any other purposes that you separately authorize during your interaction with GULLY TEAM.

When we collect information that doesn't identify you personally ("Non-Personal Information"), we are free to use and disclose it for any purpose unless required otherwise by law. Non-Personal Information may include things like physical location, demographic data (e.g., ZIP codes), or any aggregated or anonymized personal data. If we combine Non-Personal Information with personal information, it will be treated as personal information according to this Privacy Policy. Likewise, if the law requires us to treat certain Non-Personal Information as personal information, we will comply accordingly.

All personal information, including the data we collect, is stored securely on our servers. By providing your personal information, you agree to its storage, processing, and transfer as outlined in this policy. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is treated securely and in compliance with this Privacy Policy.

GULLY TEAM has implemented industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, in accordance with applicable laws. These measures help safeguard your sensitive information from unauthorized access, damage, misuse, or alteration. When you save data in the app, it is transferred to a secure server via an encrypted channel, and when you retrieve it, the data is routed through an encrypted channel to ensure its safety.

WARNING: While we implement strong security measures, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot fully guarantee the security of your personal information when submitted via the GULLY TEAM Application. Any transmission is at your own risk. You acknowledge this risk before registering or using the platform.

F. INFORMATION AND DATA USED FOR GENERAL PURPOSES

The information and data we collect from you may be used for the following general purposes, including but not limited to:

1. Improving Our Mobile Application/Website and User Experience - We continuously strive to enhance the Mobile Application/Website based on the feedback and information we receive from you.
2. Enhancing Service and Responding to Queries - Your information helps us respond more effectively to your service requests. We may use your email address to send you updates about your account or service requests, and to share occasional news, updates, and product or service information from GULLY TEAM.
3. Legal Purposes - We may share your information when we believe it's necessary to investigate or address: (i) possible illegal activities, (ii) threats to physical safety, (iii) violations of this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service, (iv) violations of third-party rights, or (v) to protect GULLY TEAM's rights, property, and safety. This may involve sharing your information with law enforcement, courts, or other authorities when required by law (e.g., subpoenas, court orders, or government demands).
4. Other Disclosures - If we believe disclosure is necessary to protect GULLY TEAM's or its users' rights, property, or safety, we may share information. This includes exchanging information with other organizations for fraud protection or similar purposes.

G. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

• We may disclose your information to enforce our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy if we believe it is necessary to prevent physical harm, financial loss, or to investigate suspected or actual illegal activity.
• We may disclose your information if required to do so under applicable laws to protect and defend the rights, safety, or property of GULLY TEAM, its users, or third parties.
• We may share your data as permitted by law to meet national security and similar requirements.

In the event of a reorganization or sale of GULLY TEAM’s assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, provided the acquirer agrees to honor the commitments made in this Privacy Policy and comply with applicable laws.

All personal contact information will be made available without exception. However, you can choose to hide your contact information in your account settings.

We may share certain non-personally identifiable information about your use of the Platform (e.g., registration details) in an aggregated or anonymized form. This information is not linked to your name. For example, we may provide general data to advertisers or other users, but your personal details will remain private. Personal information will only be shared with your explicit consent.

If you consent, we may also use the information we gather to inform you about other products or services available from GULLY TEAM or our affiliated companies, or to seek your feedback on current or potential new products and services.

We may share the information you provide with various state and district associations, ICC, cricket clubs, tournament organizers, etc., for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. By registering with GULLY TEAM, you consent to such sharing, which is a part of services like ball-to-ball scoring, live scores, and cricket feeds.

We may use your contact information to send you emails or other communications regarding updates to the Mobile Application/Website or to inform you about potential services. You may also receive promotions, information on advertisers, or other content that might interest you. The frequency and nature of these messages will depend on the information we have about you.

When registering for an account, you can opt-in or opt-out of receiving additional communications, including promotional content and updates that may be of special interest to you.

Although we are committed to protecting your privacy, you should be aware that we cannot guarantee that your personal information or communications will remain completely private. By using the Mobile Application/Website, you accept the risks inherent in using the platform, the internet, and any documents you post or access, both on and off the platform.

Your account is visible to other users/visitors on the GULLY TEAM platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that others do not gain unauthorized access to your account.

In the event of a merger or acquisition of GULLY TEAM, we may transfer your information. If this happens, we will notify you before the transfer, and your information will be subject to the new entity's Privacy Policy.

GULLY TEAM may include links to third-party services within our platform. However, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party services, and such links should not be seen as an endorsement of them by GULLY TEAM.

We will never rent, sell, or share your personal information with any other entity for its marketing purposes under any circumstances, either publicly or anonymously.

GULLY TEAM is not responsible for any actions taken by users that violate our Terms & Conditions or applicable laws. We will not be held liable for illegal activities conducted by users or third parties.

We use YouTube APIs to provide our Live Streaming services. Please refer to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy for more details.

I. OTHER IMPORTANT CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY INFORMATION

EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA Resident Rights

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

J. How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account, follow these steps:

1. Open the Menu: Click on the menu option located in the top-right corner of the app.
2. Navigate to Privacy and Policy: From the menu, select "Privacy and Policy."
3. Find the Delete My Account Button: Scroll down to find the "Delete My Account" button.
4. Confirmation Dialog: Click the "Delete My Account" button, then confirm by clicking "Yes" on the confirmation dialog box.
5. Data Encryption Process: After confirmation, your account data will be encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
6. Account Deletion Complete: After encryption, your account will be fully deleted, and your information will no longer be accessible.
7. Creating a New Account: If you want to use the same credentials, you can create a new account and start fresh.

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Platform and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy. Once we no longer need your personal data, we will either remove or anonymize it, in compliance with legal, operational, and regulatory obligations.

K. Location Access

At Gully Team, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and enjoyable experience. A key feature of our app requires access to your device’s location services in order to deliver full functionality. By allowing us access to your current location, we can provide more accurate and relevant services tailored to your needs.

Your location data will only be used for the specific purposes stated within the app, and we are committed to protecting your privacy. You can choose to enable or disable location access at any time through your device's settings.

L. PRIVACY OF MINORS

To access or use the Platform, you must be of a reasonable age, typically 18 years or older. If you are under 18 or below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your use of the Platform must be supervised or approved by a parent, guardian, or another responsible adult.

If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately.

M. DATA CONTROLLER

The information we collect, process, and/or use through the Platform is controlled by GULLY TEAM PVT LTD. Our services are hosted and provided outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. As a result, privacy protections and access rights in these countries may differ from those in your home country. We implement additional measures when transferring data from the EEA, such as using standard clauses approved by the European Commission in contracts with recipients outside the EEA. We also rely on European Commission adequacy decisions for data transfers to specific countries outside the EEA, where applicable.

UPDATES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We may revise this Policy periodically by posting an updated version on the Platform. The updated Policy will take effect as described at the beginning of the Policy. Revisions to this Policy will be effective immediately for unregistered users and users registering accounts or otherwise acknowledging the Policy after the revision date. For users with registered accounts prior to the revision, the updated Policy will be effective immediately, though they may object within thirty (30) days of the revision date. If a change significantly alters your rights or responsibilities, we will notify you via email or with a notice on the Platform before the change takes effect. GULLY TEAM TERMS OF SERVICE
